How does G.R.O.W. work?
G.R.O.W. is an inreach/outreach strategy maximizing church involvement to reach our community for Christ.
Each letter represents a team and teams go out on different weeks during the month for outreach and ministry visits.

G is for the Green team. The Green team night is the 1st Sunday of the month.

R is for the Red team. The Red team night is the 2nd Sunday of the month.

O is for the Orange team. The Orange team night is the 3rd Sunday of the month.

W is for the White team. The White team night is the 4th Sunday of the month.

5th Sundays ~ all teams invited to cover these nights.

How do the teams work?
Each team has a team Captain. The Captain will motivate, communicate, and celebrate their team. Individuals are asked to join a team. Each team will meets monthly as detailed above. Each team member will commit to participate on 12 Monday night visits each year.

The G.R.O.W. teams will go on many different types of visits as each individual feels comfortable. The following list will help you understand the types of visits you may go on during your team's G.R.O.W. night each month.
Evangelistic Visits –

Sunday School – Welcome guests that have visited a SS class (assimilation)

Community Needs – Touch ministry

New to Community – Gift Pack

Encouragement– People absent from SS

Families that visit through MOPS and AWANA

Phone/Cards- “quick touch” ministry

Special Event Follow-up (vbs, revivals)

New Believer – Begin process of discipleship

Blitz/Survey – Neighborhoods (operation Saturation)
