	Pastor Zach Terry Senior Pastor "I’ve got the greatest job in the entire world (at least for me) - I get to preach the Word of God and lead the people of God at Capshaw. I am a native of the Tennessee Valley where our rockets are tall our river is deep and food is deep fried. I sojourned in Kentucky for 3 years where I had the high honor of serving as the Pastor of the Lancaster Baptist Church and attending the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Next to Jesus, marrying Julie is the coolest thing to ever happen to me. We have three awesome kids – Carly, Cole and Caitlyn." 	Jeff Dooley Executive Pastor "I was born and raised in the great state of Texas". I worked in the corporate world for many years in Operations Management and Human Resources before surrendering to full-time ministry. I have served on staff at two previous Texas churches in the roles of Associate Minister/Students and Minister of Education until the Lord called our family to serve in Alabama. I received my ministry training graduating from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas. I am very excited to have the opportunity to serve at Capshaw. "My desire as Executive Pastor is to support, equip, and help enable the Capshaw staff and body of Christ to share the gospel to our community and world". I have been married to Fawnda for 25 years. 	Chip Dean Pastor of Students "My passion is to see teenagers and college students come to know Jesus Christ and to grow in Him! I was originally born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and lived there for the first 20 years of my life. From there God moved me to places like Scranton, Pennsylvania to attend and graduate from Baptist Bible College. Later, God took me to the Louisville, Kentucky area where I graduated from Southern Seminary with a M.Div. degree and served on staff in a local church as youth pastor for 4 years. Through it all God has guided me. He has designed every step of my path to mature me in the faith of Christ and to equip me for His calling on my life to pastor students. 	Brandon Watkins Pastor of Worship & Senior Adults "My desire is to see the entire body of Christ, young and old alike, corporately come together as we express genuine praise and worship to Christ, our audience. I desire to see worship in both spirit and in truth take place; meaning biblical truth that is both understood in the head and felt in the heart. I am a native of Frankfort, KY. I have been singing and leading worship for ten years. While in college I met my wife Anna. She is not only my best friend, but my partner in ministry. We have a precious daughter, Ava. While attending seminary at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary I was blessed to lead worship at Red House Baptist Church, in Richmond, KY and later at Lancaster Baptist Church, in Lancaster, KY. What an awesome privilege it is to be called by God into ministry to serve His bride, the local church. Everyday is an adventure! I can't imagine doing anything else." 	Suzanne Poffenberger Director of Children's Ministries “It is a joy to serve with you in the Capshaw Children’s Ministry! I have a passion for seeing children come to know Jesus as their Savior and Lord. It is my heart’s desire to help children fully understand what it means to walk in obedience to Christ. I am originally from the Washington DC area, and moved here to Huntsville over 4 years ago. I graduated from Word of Life Bible Institute and attended Tennessee Temple University where I majored in Christian Education, with an emphasis in Children’s Ministries. After a few years in corporate America, God began to stir in my heart to serve Him in full time ministry. I spent two years traveling with Life Action Ministries as a singer and working with the children and youth. I also served on staff at Immanuel Bible Church in Springfield, VA.
