·          Developing Disciples through Coaching - We gather at Capshaw Baptist 2 times a week in order to be strengthened by the preaching of the Word, to reinforce the faith through song, and to express congregational praise and worship to Christ, our Audience. We call this process coaching, because the idea of coaching communicates that what we do through our congregational gathering is to the ends that we might function as the body of Christ in the World, throughout the week (Ephesians 4:8-14).

Deepening Fellowship through Community – Our Community Ministry is the church organized into small groups (Sunday School) to evangelize the lost, equip the saved, and provide fellowship to meet individual needs. Every Sunday on the campus of Capshaw groups gather for that purpose.

Directing Ministry through Commission – We feel really good about the ministry of Capshaw when a person has moved from being a casual spectator to actually doing ministry themselves - doing their part to fulfill the great commission by employing their spiritual gifts, abilities and resources through the Church for the Kingdom to the end that other come to know Christ.
